Children's museum experience

Welcome to a museum visit that is specifically aimed at children.

What was it like to be a child in the old days in a fishing and farming family? We take a trip to Knurvikhuset on Fauske Folk Museum Our summer host shows and tells about Lofotkista, what kind of work the children had to do on the farm, but there was also time to play, right? And what exactly is a skarkunge? 

This is a museum visit where children learn about a completely different everyday life than what they are used to today. 

Suitable for children aged 5-12. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Includes a taste of flatbread and dried fish. 

Meet at the museum shop in Rødbrakka 10 minutes before the tour.

Tickets must be purchased in advance at F-ticket as there are limited seats.
