Engine start on Batterie Dietl

  • Batterie Dietl 101 Bøsjyveien Engeløya , Nordland, 8289 Norway (map)

Would you like to experience when we start the machine down in the basement of the gun bunker? The engine was manufactured by Maschinenwerke Mannheim in 1942 and powered the generator that supplied the bunker with electricity. It still works!

Come to see, hear and smell!

Ticket prices:

NOK 90,- / 70,- / 70,- (adults / students / seniors)

Children free entry / children free entry / kinder gratis

The event is suitable for the whole family, of all ages. Especially those interested in engines! The engine makes a lot of noise when it's running, and it can be quite cold in the museum bunkers, so an extra jacket or sweater might be a good idea.

Time: 17:00 - 17:30
