About the position
We are looking for summer hosts who can be good hosts and give our visitors good experiences at Sulitjelma Mining Museum. The tasks we do are varied and exciting. No two days are the same.
Working hours will be within the museum's opening hours.
Weekend shifts after shift.
Season from 22.06.26 - 09.08.26
Open daily 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Place of work: Sulitjelma Mining Museum in Fauske municipality.
Work tasks
Host our visiting guests
History dissemination and guiding for individual visits and groups
Sale of souvenirs and tickets from the museum shop
Cash settlement
Cleaning of public areas
Opening and closing of the museum
The following applies to all applicants:
We are looking for positive, outgoing and independent people with good language skills in Norwegian, English and preferably German.
You must be positive and able to work independently, as well as cope with a sometimes hectic environment.
Applicants must be over 16 years of age.
Good knowledge of the local environment is an advantage.
We offer
Salary according to tariff in accordance with the Museum Agreement.
Please note that applicants must find their own accommodation.
