This summer, the historic is transformed Ørnes trading place to a vibrant restaurant experience. From June 22nd to 24th. July In 2025, we invite you to a seasonal restaurant in the heart of coastal culture, with both indoor and outdoor seating in our beautiful garden.

Both lunch and dinner

Enjoy a tasty lunch, or relax in the summery garden bar. Here you can enjoy refreshments under the open sky, with nice music and a relaxed lounge atmosphere among green surroundings and historic buildings. In the evenings from Thursday to Saturday, the restaurant offers an atmospheric dining experience, with menus based on the best seasonal local ingredients.

Meat and seafood are sourced from regional producers, and herbs and flavors are sourced directly from the surrounding nature. At the bar, you'll find a carefully curated selection of wine, beer and non-alcoholic options – with both local and international influences.

A restaurant for everyone

In addition to the fixed menu, theme nights, wine tastings and special events are arranged in collaboration with the Nordlandsmuseet and Ørnes Grendelag. The restaurant is just as suitable for families with children as it is for groups of friends, holidaymakers and foodies passing through.

Participant in MasterChef 2020

After Simen's participation in MasterChef 2020, he has worked in food communication full-time. He has written cookbooks, launched his own food products, become a presenter of his own food program and had the opportunity to work with exciting partners and clients in the food industry.
