Regular admission: adult 90 NOK, senior/student 70 NOK
Children under 18 have free regular admission.
Group entry (min. 10 paying): NOK 70 per person
Exhibition: People create CLOTHES create people
Nordlandsmuseet has in recent years collected clothing from the period 1940 and onwards. This has resulted in this season's exhibition "People make CLOTHES make people" at Steigen Folk Museum Here you will see slouch pants, embroidered dresses, psychedelic patterns and much more.
You will learn more about how the consumption and production of clothing has changed over the years, and how we as consumers can make a difference when it comes to taking care of our clothes for as long as possible. We also have our own "stitching station", where we hope you will pick up the darning needle.
The exhibition is suitable for both children and adults.

The exhibition is open during the summer season: June 22 - August 16, Tuesday - Sunday 11:00 - 17:00. Outside of season it is open on request. Contact us here to send an inquiry.
Honna - Concert
June 20th at 8:00 PM
This summer, Hoanna will return to Steigen on their second summer tour, with the fresh debut album "E vil heim" in their luggage. There will be an outdoor concert at Steigen Folk Museum with the sale of coffee, snacks and something good in both the cup and the glass. If the weather is bad, the concert will be moved to a more suitable location. There will be a concert anyway!
Hey Frida!
Frida is very happy to have visitors and enjoys chatting over a cup of coffee. There is actually a lot to do, both in the house and in the garden, and maybe you or your children can help a little?
An activity for the whole family: every day something new happens.
Frida bakes, cooks, washes clothes. Come by!
Frida is on Steigen Folk Museum our entire opening hours, Saturday. 11. July - Sunday 12. July , from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
