The Blood Road Museum and Saltdal Folk Museum are located at the same location and have the same opening hours.

23 June - 9 August: Tuesday-Sunday at 11-16

 

Ticket prices

  • Regular admission: adult 90 NOK, senior/student 70 NOK

  • Children under 18 have free regular admission.

  • Group entry (min. 10 paying): NOK 70 per person

Creative Thursday for children

Every Thursday in the period 9th – 23rd. July We have a creative workshop for children at the Folk Museum at 12:00 – 1:30 p.m.

Saltdal Folk Museum , Myrlandsstua. Please note that tickets must be purchased at Skippergården before going to the workshop.
Price: Children 60,-. Adults free. Materials included. Tickets purchased at the door.


Suitable for children from 4 years old. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Language: Norwegian

  • Thursday 9 July : With rags and a strip of cloth, you can join in and weave your own little weaving. It could be visual art or maybe a rag rug for your toys?

  • Thursday 16th July : We will make butterflies and caterpillars. There are many exciting things to see in nature during the summer, and we will make our own.

  • Thursday 23 July : Make your own sailboat. Sticks are tied together and with scraps of fabric we make sails.
