Anniversary party: Crofter's Farm Kjelvik – 40 years as a museum

We invite you to a grand anniversary party in Kjelvika on Sunday, June 21. This year it will be forty years since Crofter's Farm Kjelvik opened as a museum – and that must be celebrated!
This day there will be life and movement in the old Crofter's Farm All activities, concert by Susanne Lundeng and entrance are free! In addition, it is possible to buy food, cakes and coffee.
Program:
11.30: Doors open
12.00: Opening of the party. Short speeches by, among others, the Nordlandsmuseet and Sørfold local history association.
12.30 – 1.30 pm: Open activities and stalls.
1:30 p.m.:
Torgrim Gravem and Annie Reiss talk about the Kjelvik game.
Mini concert with Susanne Lundeng – traditional music from Sørfold .
14.10 – 16.00 Open activities and stalls.
Activities are closed during speeches and concerts.
Activities (list may be updated):
In the barn: Café selling coffee, cakes and soft drinks. The museum shop is also open.
Outside by the barn: Sale of møsbrømlefse and sour cream porridge.
In the patio house: Baking cupcakes for anyone who wants.
In the woodshed: Sale of books by Kjelvikspillet.
Outdoors: Activities for children. Face painting for children.
By the river: Plant dyeing.
